1. Regulations on cold and hot state of motor
   
   a. When the temperature difference between the motor core or coil and the ambient temperature is greater than 3 ºC, it is hot; If the temperature difference is less than 3 ºC, it is cold.
   
   b. If there is no meter monitoring, it is subject to whether the motor is shut down for 4 hours. If it exceeds 4 hours, it is cold state, and if it is less than 4 hours, it is hot state.
   
   After the motor is overhauled or newly put into operation, the starting time and no-load current of the motor shall be recorded when the motor is initially started.
