  1. When the motor temperature rise is unqualified, are there any measures to be taken?
      The temperature rise of the stator winding of the motor is positively correlated with the current. When the current increases, the temperature rise will naturally increase, and the increase will be larger. In addition to the influence of current, temperature rise is also related to other related factors, such as process fluctuations during production and processing, quality control and other factors. In order to avoid nonconformities that may be caused by factors such as process fluctuations, a certain margin should be reserved in product design.
     
           The rated voltage and frequency range of the motor are specified in the technical conditions of the motor product. When the range is exceeded, the motor will not work normally. Therefore, it should be ensured that the grid parameters corresponding to the motor meet the normal operating conditions of the motor. The most direct voltage is the voltage of the motor winding. Influence, especially for temporary lines connected outdoors, for reasons such as cost and material safety, aluminum core wires are often used for temporary lines, resulting in a serious shortage of voltage applied to the motor, and the motor current is particularly large at this time. The end result is that the motor heats up badly and burns out from overheating in a relatively short period of time.
     
     
           When the temperature rise of the finished motor is unqualified, there are not many remedial measures. We can control and remediate the temperature rise by increasing the number of dipping paints, increasing the width and outer diameter of the fan, and increasing the diameter of the small rotor to increase the air gap. . Increasing the air gap may be effective for 2-pole motors, because the stray losses are reduced, and the thermal radiation of the rotor to the stator is weakened; but for multi-pole motors, the gain may not be worth the loss, because the excitation current will increase significantly.
     
           For a motor with a low winding slot full rate, increasing the number of dipping paints or using vacuum pressure impregnation can improve the thermal conductivity in the winding slot and between the frame and the iron core, but the accumulation of paint layers on the winding ends is not conducive to heat dissipation. Moreover, the lacquer enveloped on the outside of the winding also prevents the lacquer liquid from entering the interior of the winding during subsequent dipping, which has little effect on improving the temperature rise.
     
     
           When conditional or necessary, adjusting the electromagnetic parameters can effectively control the temperature rise, such as reducing the number of turns per slot of the stator winding and increasing the diameter of the wire, that is, reducing the load of the electromagnetic wire and the current density of the wire, which is very effective in reducing the temperature rise. Especially for enclosed motors, when the number of turns of the stator winding is reduced, the copper losses of the stator and rotor are reduced. Although the iron loss increases, the iron core is easier to dissipate heat than the windings. To increase, it may be necessary to appropriately increase the length of the iron core or change the rotor slot shape to comprehensively improve the overall effect.
     
           For the rotor part, when the magnetic density of the rotor core allows, the lower area of the slot can be enlarged, or the end ring section of the high-speed motor can be increased, especially to reduce the temperature rise of the closed motor stator.
     
           Some specifications of the motor are limited by the external size, and it is sometimes necessary and reasonable to improve the insulation level of the winding to solve the problem of temperature rise.
