    The motor assembly site should be kept clean. After the bearing is coated with grease, no dust is allowed to fly on the site. The components matched with the bearing must be strictly inspected before they can be assembled, and no small link can be ignored.     Dynamic balance quality is a crucial factor affecting bearing life. The larger the motor, the higher the speed, and the higher the quality requirements for dynamic balance.

    Parts related to the bearing - the coaxiality of the frame, end cover, rotor, inner and outer cover of the bearing should be good, and ensure that the motor will not be damaged due to the deformation of the components during the operation of the motor. Parts with larger sizes, such as machine bases and end caps, must be aged.

    The machining accuracy of components related to bearings should be improved. Because the machining accuracy of the bearing itself is very high, and when the bearing is matched with the relevant parts, a very small amount of interference will cause damage to the bearing. Practice has verified that the tolerance zone can be controlled within the range of about 0.02mm by using CNC machine tools with "fixed-size tools" to process the bearing chamber.     Bearing Storage Precautions

    It is advisable to store bearings in a dry warehouse with a relative humidity of not more than 60% and a temperature of 8~30°C. It can be stored for 6 to 8 months under such temperature and humidity. If the warehouse conditions are very standard, it can be stored for one year without rusting. Otherwise, the anti-rust oil should be reapplied every 6 months or so. The temperature of the warehouse should be low to prevent the loss of bearing oil film and rust.

    Motor installation and commissioning

    For the cement foundation, the iron ground and the concrete foundation are integrated, and only fine-tuning gaskets can be placed between the motor and the iron ground, and no pads such as channel steel should be placed due to the height of the motor center. Too many layers here will easily destroy the coaxiality between the motor and the driven equipment, and the motor itself is also prone to vibration.

    If the motor and the dragged equipment are installed and started in the hot state, if it is found that the sound and vibration values are quite different from those in the cold state, after the heating of the motor tends to be stable, a secondary correction should be performed in the hot state.
