After drying, the winding becomes a solid whole to ensure that the performance of insulation, heat dissipation and vibration during the operation of the motor meets the requirements, meets and improves The overall performance level of the motor.
     
           During the dismantling process of the winding fault motor, it can be found that some windings are relatively loose, which obviously has a certain adverse effect on the performance of the motor. In order to achieve a sufficient amount of effective paint hanging on the motor winding, sufficient attention should be paid to the materials, process parameters and process control involved in the dipping and baking process.
     
           The viscosity of the paint is very critical. If the paint is too thin, there will not be enough paint base to fill the voids in the winding. If the paint is too thick, it is difficult for the paint to enter the winding, especially the core groove. At present, many motor companies have adopted VPI vacuum pressure dipping equipment, which will make up for the incompatibility of some materials, but the effect is very limited. In the actual production process, the state of the dipping equipment and the viscosity of the paint must be dynamically monitored, otherwise it is difficult to achieve the expected effect.
     
           In the winding insulation treatment process, most of the dipping and drying processes are carried out separately. The pre-baking before the dipping is necessary to remove the moisture and air in the winding. After the dipping is completed, the drying process is carried out. If the temperature is too low, the paint that has entered the winding will be lost quickly, and the insulation treatment effect will be greatly reduced. Of course, if the temperature is too high, it will cause the aging and failure of the magnet wire, insulation and other materials.
     
     
           For most drying processes, the winding is in a static state, which will always lead to an uneven distribution of the insulating varnish relative to the winding, which leads to a problem of the curing time of the insulating varnish. If the time is too long, the uneven effect on the insulation treatment bigger. In order to improve the insulation treatment effect of windings, some baking equipments have added a rotation treatment function, that is, to ensure that the windings are in a rotating state during the drying process, and to effectively improve the uniformity of the distribution of insulating paint in the windings.
     
           Theoretically, it is better to have a larger amount of paint hanging on the winding, that is, to satisfy the saturation of all filling voids in the winding, but the effective filling effect is critical. If the paint is relatively thick, it can be seen that there are thick paint layers on the end of the winding, the inner and outer circles of the iron core, and there may be little paint entering the winding. From the data analysis of the amount of paint hanging, the data is relatively good, but the insulation treatment effect is not good. ideal.
