  1. Different motors should use different winding wires
    Winding wire is a conductive metal with an insulating layer, which is used to wind coils or windings of electrical products. Its function is to generate a magnetic field through current, or to cut magnetic lines of force to generate current to realize the mutual conversion of electrical energy and magnetic energy, so it is also called electromagnetic. Wire.

           The conductive core of the winding wire includes round wire, flat wire, tape, foil, etc. Usually copper wire, aluminum wire or other metal wire is used as the conductive wire core.
    In addition to natural materials, the insulation layer of winding wire is mainly made of organic synthetic polymer compounds (such as acetal, polyester, polyurethane, polyesterimide resin, etc.) and inorganic materials (such as glass fiber, alumina film, ceramics, etc.). Since the insulating layer composed of a single material has certain limitations in performance, some winding wires use composite insulation or combined insulation.

    According to the characteristics and uses of the insulating layer, winding wires can be divided into four categories: enameled wire, wrapped wire, inorganic insulated winding wire and special winding wire.

    1 enameled wire

    The insulating layer of the enameled wire is a paint film, which is coated with insulating paint on the conductive wire core and dried. Its characteristics are that the paint film is thin, uniform and smooth, which is conducive to high-speed winding of coils, and is widely used in small and medium-sized motors, electrical appliances and micro-electrical and electronic products. Enameled wires can also be divided into the following categories according to their long-term use temperature and use characteristics:

    Ordinary enameled wire includes enameled wire whose long-term use temperature is 155ºC and below, such as: polyester, acetal, polyurethane, epoxy and oily enameled round (flat) wire.

    High temperature resistant enameled wire includes polyimide, polyesterimide, polyesterimide/polyamide, polyesterimide/polyamideimide enameled round (flat) wire with long-term service temperature of 180ºC and above.

    Special enameled wires include self-adhesive straight-weldable polyurethane enameled wires, heat-bonded or solvent-bonded polyester enameled wires, non-magnetic polyurethane enameled wires and cryogen-resistant enameled wires.


    2 wrapping wire

    The conductive wire core is tightly wrapped with natural wire, glass wire, insulating paper and synthetic resin film to form an insulating layer; there is also a combined insulation that wraps the insulating layer on the enameled wire. If it is wrapped with glass fiber, it must be impregnated with adhesive insulating paint to form a combined insulation. Except for a few natural wire wraps, the general characteristics of wrapping wires are: the insulating layer is thicker than the enameled wire, and it is combined insulation. Therefore, it can better withstand overvoltage and overload load, and is generally used in large and medium-sized electrical products. The film-wrapped wire has higher insulation performance and mechanical strength, and is used in large and medium-sized motors and high-voltage motors.



    3 Inorganic insulated winding wire

    The insulating layer of the inorganic insulated winding wire is composed of inorganic materials, such as ceramics and alumina films. It is characterized by high temperature resistance and radiation resistance, and is mainly used in high temperature and radiation occasions.

    4 Special winding wire

    Special winding wire is suitable for special occasions and has special insulation structure and performance. Such as water-resistant multi-layer insulation structure submersible motor winding wire, transposed wire and high frequency (intermediate frequency) winding wire and so on.
