  1. How to check and analyze uneven motor air gap and sweep failure?

     
           Stator part eccentricity problem
     
           Relative to the rotor part, the stator is in a static state; the inner circle of the stator iron core of the motor should be coaxial with the openings at both ends of the frame, and ensure that its center line is coaxial with the rotor axis, so as to ensure that the air gap is uniform during the operation of the motor. When the stator part is eccentric, the air gap between the stator and the rotor will have the maximum and minimum air gaps at the fixed position of the stator, and the maximum and minimum air gaps will be on a straight line; when the minimum air gap is zero, the stator and rotor will be in real state. Wipe, which is what we call sweeping; the appearance of this kind of failure is that the stator is partially rubbed, and the corresponding rotor is a week of real rubbing.
     
           Rotor eccentricity problem
     
    For the rotor part of the motor, the outer surface of the rotor should be concentric with the bearing position of the shaft. When the rotor is eccentric, the air gap between the rotor and the stator will also be uneven; in view of the fact that the rotor is a rotating body, the eccentric part is dynamic. Thus the minimum point of the air gap is also dynamic. When the minimum air gap is zero, the stator and the rotor are actually rubbed, and the fault appearance at this time is that the stator is a circle of scratches, while the rotor is local.
     
     
           The problem of loose fit between the base and the end cover
     
            If the stator and rotor are not off-axis, but the fit between the stop of the base and the stop of the end cover is loose, it is easy to cause the deviation of one end (or both ends) of the rotor. According to the limit failure analysis, the friction part will occur at the end of the iron core, and the appearance of the stator part and the rotor circle is mostly. When friction occurs at both ends, the two friction points are distributed diagonally.
