1. Classification of motor cooling methods
        Classification of motor cooling methods
   (1) Natural cooling. Naturally cooled motors do not use fans, but are cooled by convection and radiation of air.
   
   (2) Self-cooling cooling. In self-cooling cooling, cooling air is blown by a fan mounted on the rotor or driven by the rotor.
   
   (3) External cooling. Externally cooled motors are cooled by fans that are not coaxial with the motor, or the air is replaced by other externally blown cooling media.
   
   (4) Open circuit ventilation. Open circuit ventilation is dissipated by continuously changing cooling air flowing through the motor.
   
   (5) Surface cooling. During surface cooling, heat is dissipated from the surface of the enclosed motor to the cooling medium.
   
   (6) Circulating cooling. During circulating cooling, the heat is dissipated through the intermediate cooling medium, which continuously circulates between the motor and the radiator.
   
           (7) Liquid cooling. During liquid cooling, a portion of the motor is passed through with water or other liquid, or submerged in the liquid.
   
   (8) Direct gas cooling. In direct gas cooling, one or all of the windings are cooled by a gas (eg hydrogen) flowing within the conductor or coil.
   
   (9) Direct liquid cooling. In direct liquid cooling, one or all of the windings are cooled by a liquid (eg, water) flowing within the conductor or coil.
   
   (10) Combined cooling. Cooling consisting of (1) to (9) combined with each other. Different combinations of cooling can be selected according to different performance requirements.
